Summary:
Analyze all the RFQ data for indirect material and prepare the inquiry to the supplier
Primary responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sourcing and supply goods, especially for the manpower/ logistics/ IT/ Admin/ maintains etc. according with global / regional / Local sourcing strategies and target settings;
2. Conducting price / award negotiations with suppliers and ensure the price was reliable and workable;
3. Preparation of qualified price comparison and cost analysis for procurement optimization for the timely, cost-effective;
4. Coordination of procurement activities and intensive cooperation with related department colleagues;
5. Continuous monitoring of supplier delivery status and quality
