task description:
 develop the detailed implementation work plan on the sh&e(safety, health and environment) management for the construction stage in accordance with the project objectives and the safety management scheme;
 develop the detailed implementation rules on sh&e management of this project site according to the construction scheme, examine and approve the safety technology operation specification and the safety technology action plan;
 prepare the work content, work systems, workflow, and staff composition for site sh&e management, and submit to the project managers for review;
 carry out project safety document management analysis and evaluation of the risk throughout the construction according to the characteristics of the project and the construction scheme, develop the implementation plans of safety management and risk control;
 organize various safety production activities, organize the safety education before new workers are mobilized to the site, and conduct regular education on safety thinking, safety knowledge and safety technology to the staff;
 carry out the project safety training and assessment;
 carry out project site safety checks, implement the rectification of hidden danger and ensure that the production equipment, safety equipment, fire-fighting facilities, protective equipment and first-aid appliances are in good condition, and educate personnel to strengthen maintenance and properly use;
 organize routine tool-box meetings, and implement the plans and measures on production safety;
 safety patrol: fire prevention, traffic monitoring and special equipment permit check;
 participate in project safety regular meetings, report the site production safety conditions of this company, and propose rectification plan timely for problems identified and make correction timely;
 report the safety conditions on regularly to the construction site of this company, and develop the follow-up plans;
 report the accident occurred on the project site timely to the owner and the management company, protect the accident site, and propose the accident handling scheme.
required qualification
 required safety engineer need to bear safety certificate or relevant skills qualification in automotive industries at least 3-5 years experiences;
 adopt to changeable project schedule in case of overtime required;
 fluent spoken english, german language is an extra advantage.
