responsibility:
 develop test programs and methods in collaboration with the development departments and test equipment suppliers.
 self-responsible selection of state-of-the art measurement equipment.
 continuous development, improvement of measurement systems and test bench software in collaboration with the development departments and test equipment suppliers.
 software implementation in the test equipment.
 coordination of test schedule and test requirements with development departments.
 plan of resources / capacity for test bench with product development department.
 carry out test programs and guide test bench operators in executing test programs and measurements.
 responsible for test bench operation according to health and safety regulations.
requirement
 strong communication, fast learner
 minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive test and validation for electronics and electrics
 experience with the development tool such as esys, ediabas, ecutest, canalyzer, zedis, alm (qc) and pqm.
 test bench and vehicle level validation and calibration, especially in hv battery testing procedures including test devices
 experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting, especially for hv batteries.
 basic knowledge of the function principle and subcomponents of high voltage batteries.
advanced knowledge desired.
 experience with hv batteries and according testing and failure analysis
 experienced in the use of microsoft office including but not limited to ms powerpoint and ms excel.
